Glebe Farm provides bespoke care services for individuals with learning disabilities, offering a serene and tranquil setting in the idyllic countryside. Featuring semi-self-contained apartments, Hycom was commissioned to refurbish two accommodation units with hygienic wall cladding installations. 

The focus at Glebe Farm is on delivering personalised care within a calming environment. To complement this ethos, the team selected soothing, visually relaxing colours from the refreshed Altro Whiterock Satins range – an ideal choice for creating a serene atmosphere. With residents already living on-site, the refurbishment had to be completed within strict timeframes to minimise disruption. A comprehensive site survey was conducted to ensure a clear understanding of the project requirements and to meticulously plan the installation within the specified timeline.

Altro Whiterock Satins colours are purposefully designed to blend aesthetic appeal with functionality, offering critical light reflectance values (LRV) and tonal qualities vital in healthcare settings. Known for their durability, impact resistance, and hygienic wipe-clean surfaces, these cladding options meet the highest standards.

The colours Serenity and Clarity were used throughout the bedrooms, Blush brought warmth to the kitchen, and Flint was chosen for the lobby. In the bathroom, Altro Wall Designs in the shade Cool Mineral was chosen, providing a perfect balance of style and practicality.
