Back in 2019, we did an installation in Amazonico, a Latin American Restaurant in Mayfair, London. Customers visit Amazonico, not only for it's fantastic tropical cuisine, but also for the unique rainforest-inspired interior throughout the building.
With part of the kitchen being open to the gaze of the public, it was vital that the right products were installed, to provide both a functional kitchen, as well as a space that would not distract from the theme of the rest of the restaurant.
We installed a combination of stainless steel, and Altro Whiterock in the colour white. The stainless was used behind the ovens, and areas of the kitchen where the walls would be exposed to heat. In the rest of the area, the Whiterock wall cladding was used to provide a sleek, subtle, but most importantly hygienic finish to the walls in the cooking and preparation areas.
