| Project Decription | The London Shell Co. is a unique canal boat restaurant. This was the tiniest commercial kitchen we have ever been asked to do and enjoyed the challenge aboard this floating gem. Hycom even hired a boat to transport equipment and supplies across the canal - we relished the opportunity to go that extra step for our customers, albeit comical at the time we had safety and success at the fore of our thoughts! |
