Nobu Hotel London Portman

We kept hygiene well under wraps at Robert De Niro's and famous chef Nobuyuki "Nobu" Matsuhisa's new venture at the Nobu Hotel in London's Portman Square.

Altro Whiterock White provided the highest quality PVC hygienic wall cladding for most of the areas throughout the kitchen and food preperation areas, and some back of house. Walls visible from the restaurant were clad with Altro Whiterock Satins Urban to provide a classy through-coloured finish, and these sheets were welded together by Hycom for the ultimate hygienic and aesthetically pleasing result.

In areas in need of protection from cooking heat and extra wall/corner exposure to traffic, 0.9mm Grade 304 DP1 Stainless Steel wall cladding was used with both sheets and pre-formed corner protection pieces.
