Project FAQs
1) How much bench space do you need?
We need space of 4m x 3m in order to set up our benches on site. We will also need to know if this bench space can be provided within the room, in the adjacent room, further than 10m away, or agreed outside. Costs of the job will vary, depending on how far our fitters will need to travel from their bench to where they are installing.
2) How will I know when the fitter is due on site?
We will be in contact with you throughout organising your project, and will try our best to fit your project on a date that suits you. We will send an order acknowledgement email, which will confirm what date we will be attending site, and on what day we plan to be finished by.
3) What measures are in place to ensure the installation is running as smoothly as possible?
At Hycom we pride ourselves on communication with both our customers and our subcontractors. We are in constant communication with our fitting teams to ensure that the job is as expected and going smoothly. We also require a sign off and a happiness call with the customer before we finish a job, to ensure that the installation is up to standard, and everyone is happy with the finished result.
