1) Do you offer site surveys?
We do offer site surveys. If you would like a survey, please go to our ‘Request a Site Survey’ page HERE or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only need the following information to get started:
- Your Name
- Your Company Name (if applicable)
- Your Email address & telephone number
- The location of the project
- A very brief description of the project
Once we have this information, a member of our team will be in touch to arrange a time and date that suits you.
2) How can I get samples?

3) When can I get in contact with accounts?
You can get in touch with the accounts department between 9am and 2:30pm Monday to Thursday.
4) What materials can you fix PVC to?
You can fix PVC to most surfaces with the recommended adhesive, as long as they are smooth, dry, flat and dust free. Plasterboard and plywood is the most common substrate our materials are adhered to.
5) What is a 2 part division bar?
A 2 part division bar is a PVC joining trim which goes between 2 PVC sheets. By using a division bar, you can ensure that the joins between your sheets are completely sealed, and therefore give a thoroughly hygienic finish. They are also provision for an expansion gap within the hygienically sealed system.
6) Which colours of PVC Wall Cladding are available from Hycom?
Hycom provide a large variety of colours in two ranges. Our Hycom Satins range contains mostly pastel colours, whereas our Hycom Vital range of gloss sheets has brighter and more vibrant colours. 7) Do you do circular polish stainless steel?
We do not do circular polished stainless steel as standard, however we can enquire with our suppliers and send you a quotation.
8) Are the WhiteCeil ceiling planks fire resistant?
The WhiteCeil ceiling planks are fire rated as Class C. This means they have a flame spread rating of between 76 and 200. These materials are effective against light fire exposure.
9) Do you have a showroom?
Unfortunately at this stage we do not have a showroom, however we would be happy to send out any samples you may require.
10) How long has Hycom been installing and selling Hygienic Linings?
Hycom has been successfully completing on site projects for our customers for 17 years, and selling the best possible products online that we choose for our guaranteed installation work for over 13 years.
11) Is coloured wall cladding more expensive than white?
Yes, colour sheets are always more expensive than their corresponding white ranges. Usually gloss coloured sheets are also more expensive than those which are satin finish.
12) Is the product fully bonded when installed?
Yes, as long as you follow the correct installation processes, and use recommended adhesives, the product is fully bonded to the wall once set.
13) Do external corners exist for Altro Whiterock?
Yes, Altro does two main varieties for external corners, a small one part, and a larger 2 part.
These also come in both 2.5m and 3m lengths.
14) Do you have colour-matched mastic?
Yes, you can get colour matched mastic for both our Hycom Whitewall and Altro Whiterock ranges. Please see our online store or contact our Product Team.
15) Does the wall sheet offer impact protection?
Our standard wall sheets do not offer much impact protection. However we do sell a range of high impact sheets, such as Altro Fortis, and Gradus wall protection. For more information please just give us a call, or an email and we will be happy to help.
16) Do you have an LRV chart?
We currently do not have an LRV chart, however if you call the office, or give us an email, we will be able to advise the LRV value of our relevant products.
17) Do you have any products for toilet areas?
All of our products are designed to be used in hygienic areas. This can be toilets, kitchens, hospitals or care homes. Please email or call us, and we will be able to advise what is best for your project.
